The App Settings area gives clients the option of creating settings templates for new Smart24 apps, as well as remotely updating the settings of existing apps.
Bulk settings update can be done by selecting the apps you would like to update, and then either choosing to update through a settings template or by selecting customise.
Settings that can be customised are:
- Emergency report interval
- Shake for Emergency
- Tracking and report interval
- Contacts - this section refers to the 'Call My Manager' Smart24 feature.
You are also able to lock the settings on Smart24 devices from the Bulk Settings Update. Select the specific app users you wish to update and click Customize Settings. Then toggle the on/off locking button located after the main on/off button for each specific feature. Remember to Save Settings when you are done.
