How to Create and Delete a Non-Report Alert

Non-Report alerts allow for Grid administrators to enforce a minimum amount of time between reports from their individual end users. For example, the Grid administrator could set a 1 hour non-report alert to a device being used in Kenya. If the device were not to report for over 1 hour, it would cause an alarm on the platform. 

To Create a Non-Report Alert:

1. Click on Devices

2. Click on the Edit button next to your chosen device

3. Select the chosen time frame for your Non-Report Alert

Please note: to remove a Non Report Alert, repeat steps 1 to 3, and then set the Non Report Alert to be NONE.
