Creating a User Log Report

Grid Administrators can run a User Log report to check who is logging into their Grid platform, and what level of access they have. This can be helpful to ensure that former employees no longer have access to confidential information. The report can be downloaded as a CSV file.

This feature is available on the Reports module, and is only accessible to Customer Admins.

1. Click on the Access Logs tab

2. Click on User to choose which user you would like to run the report on

3. Click Search to generate the report
