Smart24 can sometimes come across an issue when running due to the below scenarios. These scenarios can lead to Smart24 not reporting to the platform, or not being contactable from the platform.
- The Device has been switched off and on, without restarting Smart24.
- The Device has no data coverage.
- The user has disabled Tracking from the Settings area.
- This can be controlled from the new Settings area on the Grid Administration module.
- The user has disabled Polling from the Settings area.
- This can be controlled from the new Settings area on the Grid Administration module.
- The user has disabled Locations Services on their phone.
- When the user opens Smart24 with Locations Services switched off, they will be prompted to switch it back on.
