Smart24 uses 'passwordless authentication': in order to sign in and use the app, an access code is sent to the email address associated with your account.
You may need to request a new access code if you are signed out, or if a previous access code sent to you in an invitation has expired.
Smart24 iOS
1. To request a new access code, you must first enter your email address associated with your Smart24 account:
2. Then tap 'Resend Access Code':
3. Once you have received the new access code via email, enter it on the sign in form and tap Register.
Smart24 Android
1. To request a new access code on Smart24 Android, please select the 'Resend Access Code'.
2. Then enter the email address associated with your Smart24 account and select 'Resend Access Code'.
3. Once you have received the new access code via email, enter it on sign in form along with your email address and tap Register.
