Device refers to a vehicle, person or other object that has been assigned tracking hardware.
In order to add a new device to the Track24 Grid, please contact our Support Team. You can email us at support@track24.com, or contact your account manager directly.
We can then add a device name (call sign) of your choice as well as the Device IMEI/ISN/Tracker ID so you can view it on the platform.
Please note you can activate a Smart24 app directly from the Grid.
