Logging into the Grid

1. Go to grid.track24.com.
2. Enter your username and password. Note that you can sign in with either your username or your email address to the Grid platform. Your username/email address is not case sensitive, however, your password is.
3. If you see the 'I am not a robot' challenge, you will need to tick the tick box, and perhaps complete some short tasks to prove that you are a real person.
4. Click 'Sign In'.

If you need a reminder of your username, you can initiate a password reset via the 'Forgot your password' link. You will receive a reminder of your username in the greeting of the email you receive. Please see the 'Forgot Password' article for a step by step guide. 

If you are signing in from some older iPhones and iPads, you may need to disable 'private browsing mode' to avoid the error 'Quota exceeded'.
