When an account is created for you on the platform, you will receive an email with a link that allows you to set a password and activate your account.
- Click the link in the email, make sure to check your spam folder. If you don't receive the email, please contact support@track24.com.
- The link should open a window where you can choose and confirm your password. You must choose a strong password with numeric and special characters as well as uppercase and lowercase. The password strength indicator will show you if your password is strong enough. You will not be able to set your password if it is weak.
- Once you have typed and confirmed your password, click 'Set password'. You should see a confirmation that your password has been set.
- You can then sign into the platform.
