Opening the Annotator
Once you have searched for incidents there are a number of map editing tools you can use for map exports.
Click on the Edit icon (shown below) to open the annotator tool bar. Here you can add keys, arrows, text boxes and your company's logo. The Styling Icon lets you customise these annotations.
Textboxes
On the Edit menu click textbox and one will appear on the map. Type in your information and click save to create the textbox. This can then be edited, moved, and under Styling, you can change colour and orientation.
You can change the orientation of a text box around a point under styles, placing the text box above, below or to the left or right of the point. Clicking the up or down arrows again will change their alignment.
With the Edit menu open, you can fix the incident information boxes to the map as editable textboxes. Click on the marker to open an incident, then click the pencil icon.
Adding a Logo
Click Add Logo and you can upload images to add to the map. You can upload new images, or select images you have uploaded previously.
Adding a key
Click Add Key and a key will appear with the incident colours defined. Under Styling, you can change the background colour.
Exporting
Once your image is complete, you can either export the image as a PNG as normal, or save the image to the Gallery.
