Once a Smart24 app has been activated on the platform, it will be shown as pending on the Admin module until the user has entered the access code. Emails will be sent from the notifications@track24.com.
The Smart24 user will receive an email, which will appear as below:
Information contained in the email will be as described below:
- The email of the Smart24 user
- The name of the company activating Smart24 for the user
- A link to our Help Centre, with articles on how to use Smart24
- The access code required for activating Smart24
- A reminder that the Access Code will expire in 24 hours
- Download links for iOS and Android
