When a user is sent a Smart24 invitation over email, this includes an access code that will expire after 24 hours. The reason for this expiration limit on the code is due to security, and making sure the app remains secure for the intended user.
However, if the access code has expired then the Grid administrator can resend the email from the Grid admin module. To do this please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the Admin Module
2. Find the app that needs a new activation email, and click the paper airplane icon, it should appear as on the right.
3. When asked to confirm whether to send the new activation email, click yes.
