Report Age - Visualising Your People on the Grid

On the Grid you have the option to edit how you see your people on the map page by changing your report age. For example, if you choose a report age of 1 week, you'll only see the people who've reported in to the platform within the last week. If their last position report was sent 8 days ago, they won't be visible. 

In the below screenshot the report age is set to 1 week and two people are visible.

In the below screenshot the report age is set to 'None', with there now being a cluster of two people and a cluster of 5 people being visualised on the platform. A report age of 'None' means that any active device that has ever reported on the platform will be visible. Deactivated devices will not be visible. 

Available Report Age Options:

• 1 hour
• 12 hours
• 24 hours
• 72 hours
• 1 week
• 1 month
• None
