Activity Log

Both you and your monitoring team as well as Smart24 are all working together to help keep you safe. The idea of the Activity Log is that all important events and interactions that happen through Smart24 are logged.

This helps you understand better how Smart24 works over time and "what happened when", improving transparency and visibility of the background automations and remote management of the app.

The Activity Log is available via the Side Menu, and an example screenshot is shown below:

In this example above, you can see that there is a record of a sequence of a Check in, followed by an Emergency Alert, followed by another Check in.

On the left hand side you can see the source of each event, shown by the blue symbols. These are either depicting you, your monitoring team, or the app:

Many of the Activity Log events are also visible as notifications, both in app, or on the lock screen. But the Activity Log brings them all into one place, and keeps a record of them.
