Inspections Table
This page shows a table of all your historic inspections. The icon at the beginning of each line shows a green box with a tick if an inspection has not had any failed items. If there are failed items in the inspection, then a red box with a number signifying the amount of failed items is shown.
The table also shows you who has completed the template (Inspector), the template that was used (Template Title), the timestamp of submission (Completed Time), the time it took the inspector to complete the template (Duration), the coordinates of the inspection (Location) and the inspection reports (Actions) which is explained below.
As shown above, clicking on an inspection brings some additional information not shown in the table such as the start time of the inspection, a geo-reference and, in the event of a failure, the tags that are associated to the item. Highlighted items refer to questions that have passed but have a mandatory image or a comment attached to them. Other items refer to any other items that are neither failed or highlighted.
Summary and Full Report
Under the actions column you are able to view a summary of the inspection which shows the failed and highlighted items, or under “Full Report” you are able to see every inspection item and download it as a PDF. To do this, click “Full Report” and then “Export”. Please ensure that your browser is not blocking pop-ups to enable this report to download.
