Assessment Tags

Tags allow you to add operational context to your inspection template questions. Tags such as “Safety Critical” can be used to notify the importance of the item’s functionality status before a vehicle is used. Questions that are not assigned tags do not trigger email alerts.

Before creating your inspection checklist add tags. To do this navigate to Inspections - Assessment Tags. Click “Add tag” and give your Tag a title, description, fail response and assign it a colour.

Once you have added a tag it is saved in the left hand side bar and by clicking on the three dots you are able to edit or delete them. To note, if your tags are assigned to a template you will not be able to delete them until they are removed from their associated questions.
