Completing an Inspection

To complete an inspection on your Smart24 Checksafe application, click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner of your screen. Then select “Vehicles”. This will take you to a list of all the vehicles in your group. You can search for a specific vehicle in the search bar, or scroll down through them.

Clicking on the vehicle you wish to inspect brings up a list of templates and their associated tags that are linked to this vehicle.

Below each Inspection template, you are able to view the last inspection undertaken on the vehicle. Clicking on the “Last completed” link or the tag directs you to the complete inspection, which includes any photos that were taken during this inspection.

For inspection items that require a pass/fail response, the user can swipe from right to left to quickly bring up a Pass/Fail option. For values which require a numerical or percentage response then you must tap on the each item individually to input the response. Moreover, if the item requires a comment or photo as mandatory you must tap on the line item to do this.
