Notifications

The Notifications tab allows you to add in subscriptions for the people you would like to receive an email in the event of an inspection failure.

You can add multiple emails through adding the addresses as comma separated values. For example: george@track24.com,ross@track24.com,john@track24.com. This would subsequently send email alerts to George, Ross, and John.

You can assign a subscription to single or multiple group(s), to only receive notification emails from a specific collection of vehicles. 

Below is an example of a notification email template showing a safety critical inspection failure due to the mirrors:

Once you have added a subscription it will be listed in the left hand side bar. Clicking the arrow icon will present an overview of the notification including when it was last sent. The three dot icon on the right hand side offers you the options to temporarily disable it, edit it, or completely delete it from your list.
