Using the Grid Reports module clients can create templates to use for generating quick reports. For example, a transnational client could have templates set up for each country group, enabling them to generate a report on panic alarms in Libya, and a report on panic alarms in Egypt rapidly.
To create a template please follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Reports module
2. Click 'Template'
3. Give your template a name, for example Libya Panic Alarms
4. Choose the time period you'd want this template to be for, for example, the last month is chosen here.
5. You can now add in the specifics of the report, such as the Group this should apply to, specific Devices, Device Types, or Event Types.
6. Once complete, click Save.
Once saved, a template can be selected when generating a new report.
