The main purpose of the Summary Panel is to show the total number of registered events of each event type, from all your vehicles, from a chosen date range. This allows for a quick visual check of activity in your fleet.
You can choose to look at the total number of events from the current day, last week, last month, or select your own customised period. Please note that if you create a customised period, the furthest you can go back is 3 months from the current date.
When a date range has been chosen, a bar graph will be displayed, breaking down the events by days. You can also toggle the different event types on and off to decide what the bar graph will currently be showing.
Tabular data can also be viewed by selecting a specific event type in the sidebar. The latest data of that event type from all your vehicles on the selected date range will then be shown. The content of these charts are updated every fifteen minutes.
The bottom left corner shows how many of your vehicles have been active for the past fifteen minutes. It also shows, of those active vehicles, how many of the drivers are identified or unidentified. An unidentified driver is a person who has not used a Dallas Key (“iButton” form factor) to identify themselves before driving a vehicle.
Note: You are able to select a driver, either identified or unidentified, which will then redirect you to the summary page of the selected driver. This can also be done with active vehicles, where you then will be redirected to the summary page of the selected vehicle.
