To generate a trip summary:
- Navigate to Trip on the Panel Selector (menu) located on the left hand-side of the page.
- Under the Trip Summary headline, choose to group the trips by vehicle or by driver.
- Select a date range for the trips you wish to include in the summary.
- Tick the group(s) you want to include in the summary.
- Click Update.
You can choose to filter your trip summary result by a date range, and/or a particular vehicle. You do this by clicking on the filter icon on the date and vehicle options in the top left corner of the main panel.
You can search through the Trip Summary by typing into the search toolbar located at the top right corner.
After the Trip Summary has been generated, you can choose which columns you wish to display in your summary by clicking the column chooser icon. Tick off the relevant columns you would like to display.
You can also download and export your Trip Summary report as an Excel spreadsheet by clicking on the Excel button.
