The main purpose of the Drivers Panel is to show and give interactive access to the raw data that has been registered as your drivers operate your vehicles.
It contains similar functionality to the Summary Panel, but also shows profile and compliance-related information about your drivers and their identifiable information like the Dallas ID (“iButton” form factor) and group on the Driver Scorecard located at the top of the page.
The drivers are categorised by groups, and it is also possible to search by the name or Dallas ID of a driver.
You can choose to look at the total number of events from a selected driver from the current day, last week, last month, or select your own customised period. Please note that if you create a customised period, the furthest you can go back is three months from the current date.
When a date range has been chosen, an Event Summary will be shown. Also, a bar graph will be displayed on the bottom on the page, breaking down the events by days. You can toggle the different event types on and off to decide what the bar graph will currently be showing.
The purpose of these charts is to give a visual summary of the overall number of events received for each driver. You can obtain summarised information about driver risk exposure via the DriveSafe Panel or via the Analysis Panel.
Press an event type (for example harsh braking) from the Event Summary to get more details regarding the specific events registered of that type from the chosen driver on the selected date range. For the event type chosen, all registered messages will be shown, including details like speed (kilometres per hour), date and time, driver, what vehicle was used and at what location (longitude and latitude) was the message registered at. The content of these charts are updated every fifteen minutes.
