1. What is Inquiron Incidents?
Inquiron Incidents is a new platform built to replace the older Information Management System (IMS), with the intention of making it easier for security managers and analysts to rapidly create reports to share with stakeholders. The design of the platform is centred on resolving the key problems faced by users, and will evolve over time, incorporating and interacting with other platforms and capabilities to better meet current and future user needs.
2. What is Inquiron?
Inquiron is a company fully owned and run by Track24.
3. What does beta mean?
Beta means that development is not yet complete and we are still testing the product. We release products in beta to collect feedback from users, to better inform the next stage of product development.
4. Is this a finished product?
Almost. This is a beta release of the first module of Inquiron Incidents. We intend to release further modules, such as ‘Reports’ and ‘Analysis’, and continue to improve the dashboard in the next few months.
5. How many times can I share a dashboard?
You can share a dashboard to 5 email addresses.
6. Who can I share a dashboard with?
Anyone with an email address, it is not limited to specific email domains.
7. How many times can the person I shared the dashboard to open it?
They can open it as many times as they’d like, but they’re limited to opening it on three devices only.
8. How long does a beta trial last for?
The beta is open until October 31st. Anyone who has participated in a beta trial, is entitled to a new trial once the product is officially released.
9. Can I add custom charts?
Currently no, this is not available in the beta and will be added in a later release.
10. How do I provide feedback?
You can provide feedback directly from the platform, or if preferred, you can contact your account manager.
11. What browsers are compatible?
Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, and Firefox. Internet Explorer is not supported.
