Please note this article is only relevant to hardware devices on the Grid. If you are looking for information on activating Smart24 apps, please check out this section on the Grid administration module.
Hardware devices of all types can only be activated by emailing support@track24.com and requesting the activation. This request may require a quote to be signed before the activation is completed.
Please include the following information in the request:
- IMEI of the devices
- Date of activation
- Length of time required to be activated
If you are activating GSM compatible devices, then please include the below:
- Phone number of the SIM being used in the device
- Name of the SIM provider
For larger enterprise level clients, please specify the Group the hardware device should be activated in.
