Please note this article is only relevant to hardware devices on the Grid. If you are looking for information on deactivating Smart24 apps, please check out this section on the Grid administration module.
Hardware devices of all types can only be deactivated by emailing support@track24.com and requesting the deactivation.
Please include the following information in the request:
- IMEI of the devices
- Date of deactivation
Please note that if there is no request to deactivate devices, then they will continued to be billed for until otherwise specified.
