Flights

The Flights tab is represented by an airplane icon on the toolbar as the third icon from the top left toolbar as pictured below:

Upon selection of the Flights tab, the Search function appears on the left side of the page where there are fields to fill in the Name, Select date range, ports of departure and arrival as ‘Departing from’ and ‘Arriving at’ pictured below:

Upon filling in the required information, you can click the green Search button (pictured above) and subsequently two tables and a graph will appear to reveal the data which meets the requirements in the fields, as pictured below:

There are 3 different datasets available for flights and the data can be exported via an Excel Spreadsheet, PDF and Print. A table will appear to reveal the data fitting the requirements of the search selection. Above the tab, the flight date range appears according to the selection on the search bar. Arrival and Departure data will be pictured in a tabular format including the arrival/departure airport, the number of people and the last update. Arrival and departures is also displayed in a column graph format to the right depicting the number of people and the time of departure.

The table on the bottom visualises all the data as follows: Name, the city they will be departing from, the departure date and time and the city they will be arriving at as well as arrival date and time as well as which airline. There is also a magnifying glass icon under the view column which enables you to visualise the full Traveler Details including Name, Email address, Airline name, Airline code, PNR, Flight number, Trip status, Ticket country, Travel risk, Medical risk, Agency PNR last received, from which city and country to which city and country, as well as the respective airport codes, departure and arrival dates as pictured below:
