The Summary page provides an overview of all your sites and personnel within sites globally. You can filter by country and sites. The Summary page is accessed through clicking on the tab pictured below found as the first option on the left toolbar:
It presents a visual overview of your personnel and sites around the world. Upon selection of the Summary tab, there is an overview of Total Countries, Total People and Total Sites. It will appear as per the below example:
Under this overview is a map that visualises all the people located around the world. It is possible to zoom in and out respectively by clicking the + and - icons on the top left of the map. On the map it is possible to view the people located in each respective country and site. It is possible to filter the map to view all sites, sites and Client sites.
Upon selection of a bubble, the colour turns light blue and the amount of people located in each area will correspond directly with the size of the bubble. Within the bubble, it is possible to view the total sites located within the region specified. By clicking on the bubble, a list of all the sites within the specific region will be displayed. To view the data included in the sites simply select a site from the pop-up that appears upon selection of a regional bubble and you will be redirected to the summary of the data visualised graphically as well as tabulated.
Next to the map there is a table named ‘People by site’ which visualises details regarding the number of people at each site. This table is updated in accordance with the selection made between All sites, and Client Sites on the map. Each record status is indicated by different colour dots which can be red, orange or green depending on the last active as pictured below:
The table consists of the Title, People and the Last updated activity. Below the map and the table there are two expandable graphs and another table (visible below). The first is a column graph on the left displaying ‘Top nationalities’ per country and the second is a column graph displaying the ‘Top companies’ per company. The table beneath displays ‘All personnel’ in a table including the name, nationality, company, product line, site, country and action. An example is exhibited below:
The data from this table can be exported in the form of a Excel spreadsheet, PDF document or printed directly from POB.
