The fifth tab along the bar at the left hand side of the page is the `Reports’ tab. The icon representing Reports is an analogue clock pictured below:
Upon selection of this icon, The Email schedule is displayed on the column to the left side of the page with the following fields (pictured below): Start date, Day, Time, Repeat, Sites and Email To. The schedule will be added when the green ‘Add schedule’ button is selected as below:
The specifications will filter the table according to the records on the system and the table can also be adjusted to show 10, 25, 50 to all records found on the system that exhibit the requirements inputted according to the email schedule submitted.
Towards the right side of the page, a table will appear to reveal the data fitting the requirements of the search selection. The table contains data regarding the Start Date, Frequency-Day-Time (in UTC), Emails and Sites. There is the opportunity to take action to view, edit or delete the record.
View, Amend and Delete Records
The table visualises the data from all personnel including Name, Nationality, Company, Product line, Site, Country and an opportunity is given for further details under the Action column. In the Action column there are 3 icons representing 3 different actions:
The first icon is a magnifying glass which reveals the Personal Details staff member including a map to show their location as per the image below:
The second icon is a pen which reveals an opportunity to Edit Personnel according to the details in the picture below and the record will be changed accordingly. After changing Personnel details by entering the fields and selecting from the lists, the green ‘Update Record’ button is selected to confirm the edit as per the image below:
The third and final icon is a cross symbol which allows for the record to be deleted as pictured below:
