Track24 admins will help guide you through the process of setting up your company and adding your Web Operators. These operators will have full access to the information under your company profile in AtlasNXT, and can add/edit/delete mobile App Users, who will only have access to the mobile app version of AtlasNXT.
Once accounts are created all users (Web Operators and Mobile App users) will receive login credentials to the email address provided. All users will need to set a password via web browser, but once set will have the option to log-in via 'magic link.' Mobile app users will need to download the smartphone app which is available from Google Play or the Apple App Store by searching for ‘AtlasNXT’ - or by simply following the link in the welcome email.
Web Operators also have the option to enable 2FA (two-factor authentication) which is highly recommended from an Information Security perspective.
Google Authenticator is the Two-Factor Authentication platform used in conjunction with AtlasNXT.
To activate this:
Download the Google Authenticator from the Apple Store or Google Play Store on a mobile device using the following links:
Upon Login, a 6 digit code will be sent through to the Google Authenticator app on the mobile device.
Google Authenticator can be toggled on or off through the platform for each individual user. It is highly recommended to Google Authentication to ensure maximum security and thus ensuring the highest level of compliance.
